The title of today's Madness: You're my boy, Blue!
Well, I should probably do a quick update, since I'm not too sure when I'm going to have time to write again...
When was the last time I wrote in here?? Well, I don't really feel like going back and giving an update on every little thing that has happened since then, so I'll just go with what I know...
Here's the schedule --
Today -
- Work for the next half hour (and by "work" I mean do this)
- Gillette meeting (after this I won't have to go to another one for 2 weeks!!)
- Lunch at Axel's with Nancy, Dan, Jenny, etc. YUM!!!
- Come back at 1 and work until 3
- Stop to get gas and possibly caffeine
- Drive to Iowa
- Stay with Brennan
Tomorrow -
- Drive back from Iowa around 9 or so
- Stop at Kohl's to get Christmas present for Kelly
- Go to apt to wrap that and mom's candle
- Have dad pick me up
- Drive to grandma's
- Christmas Eve dinner with everyone
- Open presents, etc
Thursday -
- Church
- Christmas dinner
- Come back to Eden Prairie
- Clean apartment, start laying out clothes for LA
- Do laundry
Friday -
- LAUNDRY
- PACK
- pick up check from Caribou, go to bank
- Pay rent and credit cards
- all sorts of icky stuff
Saturday -
Very busy few days, but today is a great day. It's like a Friday! Except that I'm going to be gone until Janauary, not just till Monday. So good mood today, good coffee, hyper, happy, going to Iowa (even if it is for less than 24 hours!). Happy Anne.
Okay, back to work. Ugh, work. But to think it will be 14 days until my next Gillette meeting! YAHOO!!!!!!
OH SAD--- So I just talked to my boss. Sounds like we aren't going to have a Gillette meeting with the client today. And by the time I get back, all of the wrap-up meetings will be over (we're done with this sampling program 12/29. The next one probably won't start for a couple more months). So no more Gillette meetings for me. As much as I bitch about them, I'm going to miss them!!!! Mainly just because I really like everyone on the Gillette team.
To do before I leave today-
- Fix the Gillette daily status update for Nancy
- Send instructions on how to import files for Lipton to Lyn
- Work order to disassemble consumer mailing packages
- Slim Fast work orders - crap. Can't forget to do that.
- Make a list of remaining inventory for Gillette Birthday promo. Send list to Laura and Gillette and get approval to have destroyed.
Not a bad to-do list. I should probably get going on it though. Since I'm taking a long lunch, and I'm leaving at 3....
